Basic History knowledge of Computer

Pascal had done something like this, he used similar gears wheels with ten teeth for each digit position, he fixed them together so that one wheel drives the other when the wheel comparable to units position rotated by ten teeth, ( gear wheels of the bicycle), it propelled the wheel corresponding to the next higher position by one tooth,thus pascal got an idea to calculate the solution and provided

dials, which indicated the number stored on each wheel,

Pascal had also used the suitable dialing system, to operate the gear wheels,

Babbage difference and analytical engines - Babbage was concerned to correct the error in logarithmic tables, that was the time of 1882 while Babbage had to confront the complexity in logarithmic therefore he made a machine which could calculate the difference of expression or equation like - (x to the power 2 + a.x + b ), and prepared a table which helped him in his calculations, in fact, this machine gave the accurate calculation this is why this machine name was kept Babbage's analytical engine,

this machine used an input device, which would have a processing part called 'mill' where calculation can be performed and would also incorporate,

Herman Hollerith's the machine - this machine was just like the special paper pulp, which he constituted a card from "paper pulp" and designed punching machines to punch holes in the card to count census figures and invented sorting machines to read such punched card and collect data

ABC Computer - this machine helped a lot to develop the electronic digital computer which was created by Dr.John Atandoff in 1937,

Universal automatic computers - this was the first large scale electronic digital computer, which was created by John Mauchly and Eckart in 1947,the specialty of this machine was, each time a program was changed ,wiring had to be completely rearranged ,it weighed 29 tons ,contained 18000 vacuum tubes and occupied a space of 30 50 feet ,

Storage - as we know that, storage of computer basically is measured in terms of Byte, KB(kilobytes ), MB( megabytes), and GB( Gigabytes) and TB( terabytes ),
here TB is the primary storage of a computer and other things, hard disk, floppy disk, compact disk, these all are the secondary storage,

Accuracy-, in fact, the computer provides the high accuracy with high expectation, computer make it vital in various fields such as scientific research, space research, and many more other areas where exactitude of a high order is required,

Versatility- Computers are versatile in that which is because they can perform almost any task, logical steps are provided in the computer, through which they can perform a wide range of tasks such as hotel management, banking applications, and so on tasks,

Reliability - as we know that, a computer is known for its accuracy and other characteristics, on the basis of these, reliability of computer is concerned as it gives the accurate result with preset values, it correct and modify the parameters automatically, to give suitable signals,
